The Thovile

Nations Trust Bank needed their staff to remember their corporate values. 5 features that defined the attitude of employees which seemed hard to recall. Seeni Colombo soon realized that a traditional campaign would bring about more of the same.

We decided to do things differently. The agency developed a short play and the collaborated with two prominent actors in Colombo to shape ‘The Thovile’ (The Ritual)

Performed in most parts of the country but especially in Southern Sri Lanka, a Thovile can be quite nerve wracking. However, a funny script in the hands of two professionals and the short play was an instant hit. Memorable, immersive and engaging ‘The Thovile’ broke down all the conventional methods of running internal campaigns and created a new one.
